Ordering

Review the “Terms Of Use” carefully before ordering.

  1. Double-check the item photos and information before purchase.
  2. Add the desired items into the shopping cart. Once all items have been added, proceed to checkout.
  3. Enter your shipping information, billing address, and payment method. Once done, ensure everything is correct before confirming the order.
  4. Wait for the order confirmation through email within one business day. Note however that it may be delayed due to the high volume of orders.

Shipping

Shipping Information Orders within the United States and Canada will be shipped via UPS Orders outside the United States and Canada will be shipped via Yamato Transport U.S.A. Inc.

○Transit Time

Customers may specify their desired delivery date. Note however that the order date must be 7 business days prior to the specified delivery date. If no delivery date has been specified, expect delivery within 4-7 business days after receipt of order confirmation email. Delays in delivery may occur due to the following reasons: extreme weather condition, heavy traffic or customer absence in shipping address. In addition to this, delivery delays may also occur when ordered items are out of stock. In this case, customers will be informed beforehand through email.
Note that there are regions (such as solitary islands) that cannot be reached by the shipping company. Contact our customer service for more information.

○Shipping Fees

Shipping to Japan

If total purchase is $300 and above, shipping is free. If total purchase is less than $300, customers will be charged a $10 shipping fee.

Shipping to Canada

All deliveries to Canada will include an additional shipping and handling charge of US$40. This consists of the shipping fees, taxes and duties imposed by Canadian customs, as well as national and provincial taxes where applicable. Note that all purchases will be in US dollars. Please contact your bank directly regarding the conversion rates and service fees.

**Shipping and handling charges for orders delivered to Canada already include taxes and duties, as well as shipping and handling fees. There will be no additional charges to the customer upon delivery. The shipping and handling fee is based on duties imposed by Canadian customs, as well as national, and provincial taxes where applicable. Your credit card will be charged at time of shipment.

Returns & Exchanges

【Returns & Exchanges】

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days from receipt of purchase.

○Returns and exchanges will not be accepted due to the following reasons:

  • Item has been worn
  • Tag has been removed
  • Item has been damaged or stained
  • Any kind of odor has stained the item

○Shipping fees shall be waived off if the item was returned due to damages or incorrect shipment.

○For any other reasons, customers will be responsible for shipping fees incurred. Contact our customer service for more information.

○Exchanges due to the following reasons will be accepted:

  • Wrong sizes
  • Defective items
  • Incorrect shipment

Upon item return or exchange, confirm the credited amount in your credit card billing statement.

Important Notes

  • Enclose the “Returns and Exchanges Contact Card” and wrap the item before
  • returning to us
  • Return accessories and enclosures (such as warranty card) with the item. If not, the returned item will not be accepted.
  • Keep the receipt as proof of purchase Do not include any cash or personal items with the returned item.

Reward Points Program

About this program

Registered customers will receive reward points upon purchase from this website. Every $100 purchase earns you 1 point; 100 points equal to $1 which can be redeemed in future purchases. Registered customers can check their total points upon logging into the website. Note however that reward points will also be deducted upon return of purchased items. Reward points are not convertible to cash.

How to redeem points

To use all reward points on a single purchase, select the “Use All Points” option. To use only a portion of the total points, enter the desired number of points upon purchase. Note however that reward points can only be redeemed on the item amount and cannot be used on shipping fees and other additional charges.

Expiration Date

Reward points expire a year after the latest purchase. If the purchase date is the same as the reward points expiration date, the reward points expiration date will extended for another year.
